#1 Confirm with Achan before making the request.

#2 Check Parish and FH calender, before making reservations.

#3 FOR BAPTISM, you must complete the BAPTISM take form in advance, before making reservations.

#4 FOR Engagement / Marriage, submit Prenuptial Questionnaire and Baptism certificate

#5 Contact Trustees, Church choir and sound system leads, once the reservation is complete.

#6 Check suggested contributions for Church, FH and services usage
